What’s Included
Kilimanjaro Trek (Days 1–8):
Park Fees: All Kilimanjaro National Park entry, camping, and rescue fees.
Accommodation: 6 nights in quality alpine tents on the mountain + 1 night hotel in Moshi (pre-climb).
Meals: Full board (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) throughout the climb.
Mountain Crew: Experienced, English-speaking guides, cooks, and porters.
Equipment: Quality camping equipment (tents, sleeping mats, mess tents, chairs, tables).
Safety Gear: First aid kit, oxygen cylinder, and pulse oximeter for monitoring.
Water: Treated drinking water provided daily.
Certificates: Official gold summit certificate upon successful ascent.
Transfers: Private round-trip transfers from Moshi to Machame Gate and Mweka Gate to Arusha.
Tanzania Safari Adventure (Days 9–14):
Transport: Private 4×4 Safari Land Cruiser with pop-up roof for game viewing.
Park Fees: All national park and conservation area entry fees (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro).
Accommodation: 5 nights in premium safari lodges and tented camps.
Meals: Full board (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) throughout the safari.
Game Drives: Extensive game drives in Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater.
Services: Professional, English-speaking safari guide.
Bottled Water: Complimentary drinking water in the vehicle.
Cultural Visit: Souvenir shopping visit to Cultural Heritage Center (Day 14).
What’s Not Included
International Flights: Airfare to/from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation insurance (mandatory).
Visa Fees: Passport and visa processing for Tanzania.
Accommodation in Arusha (Post-Climb): Nights on Day 8 and Day 13 are included; additional nights can be arranged separately.
Gratuities: Tips for mountain guides, cooks, porters, and safari guides (recommended budget: $300–$400 per climber for the trek; $20–$30 per day for safari guide).
Personal Gear: Hiking equipment, clothing, and sleeping bags (rentals available in Moshi).
Personal Items: Snacks, drinks, souvenirs, laundry, and personal expenses.
Optional Extras: Portable toilet rental, private toilet tent, or hot air balloon safari in Serengeti (can be arranged at extra cost).
