You will have a warm welcome by our tour guide/driver at Entebbe airport who will take you to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. He will give a briefing about 12 Day Gorilla Chimpanzee & Zanzibar Safari and ensure that all the equipment and resources to make the safari successful are in place.

After enjoying your breakfast, drive to Kibale National Park for Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Community. Enjoy your en route lunch in Fort Portal City.
After your lunch, you will have an opportunity to go for a community walk in Bigodi for experiences like African homesteads, banana bonga products, chimpanzee robusta coffee experience, traditional healers/doctors, handcraft making (ladies weaving baskets and cultural dances), cultural weddings, iron smith, and milking experiences. As the day draws to a close, retreat to your booked lodge for a delightful dinner and a peaceful overnight stay, filled with memories of cultural exploration and scenic wonders.

Safari Lodge: Kibale Forest Lodge

Set out on an exciting chimpanzee trekking adventure in Uganda. After breakfast, attend a briefing at the park’s information center on trekking protocols. Explore the lush forest, spotting chimpanzees, L’Hoest monkeys, mangabeys, and forest elephants.

Kibale NP is home to over 1500 chimpanzees. Trek durations vary from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Spend an hour observing and learning from park guides before receiving a certificate.
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park arriving in the evening for dinner and Overnight stay.

Safari Lodge: Kibale Forest Lodge

Wake up early in the morning and dress up in long pants, long sleeved shirt, rain jacket, waterproof shoes and hut. After a delicious breakfast, have your packed lunch and drive to the visitor information center for briefing and pre gorilla cultural performances.
You will be put in 8 people group and allocated a group to track. Start your journey to search for the gorillas. Usually, the time it takes before tracing the gorillas depends on the where they were last seen the previous day 40 mins to 4 hours.

When you locate them spend a maximum of an hour interacting with the gorilla family. Your guide will interpret for you nature and learn about the gorillas from the food, social structure of the family. Take photos, record videos to show your friends and family.
In the evening visit the Batwa community for a cultural experience. Learn about their dances, food, craft, herbs, life. These are the shortest people in the region and the first people to occupy the great lakes region.

Today, wake up and enjoy your breakfast and start your journey to Entebbe with en route stops for lunch and Kayabwe Equator point for photo and shopping of gifts. If time allows, visit Kampala city then later on drive to Your booked lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer to Mabamba swamp for shoebill tracking. The only place and site (so far rated as the best in Africa and/or the whole world) where the elusive Shoebill (Balaeniceps rex) can be spotted at any one time of the day. Other bird species to watch out for include Rey-headed Gull, White Winged Terns, Madagascar Bee-eater, Yellow Billed Egret, long toed Plover.
After the shoe bill tracking, enjoy your lunch and refresh before taking your flight to Kilimanjoro Airport.
Up on arrival you will be met by our representative in Tanzania to drive to you to your booked lodge.

Wake up and have your bags packed, enjoy your en route packed breakfast. You will be picked up from your hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park about 3 hour drive.

Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, begin your adventure with a game drive. The Park is most Known for its iconic baobab trees, large elephant herds and diverse wildlife.

After a successful game drive around the park, drive to a mid-range lodge or campsite near Tarangire National Park for Dinner and Overnight Stay.

Enjoy your picnic Lunch at Naabi Hill Gate before entering Serengeti. Start your afternoon game drive in the serengeti National Park. Expect to spot various wildlife including the Big 5: lions, Rhinos, Buffaloes, Leopards, Elephants. Giraffes, hyenas, Antelopes, Zebras, wilderbeest can as well be spotted in the endless plains of Serengeti National Park.

After a successful game drive, check in at a budget- friendly camp or lodge within Serengeti National Park for dinner and overnight stay.

Today, prepare your self for an action packed day with a hot brekfast. Then head out for the Game drive to spot the Big Five in action in the morning hours. Later descend into The Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the world’s largest intact and unfilled volcanic caldera, a natural wonder in northern Tanzania, and a haven for diverse wildlife, including the “Big Five”

The crater offers the one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in the world. After heading out of the crater drive the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Wake up and prepare yourself for transfer to Arusha to transfer to Zanzibar. Up on arrival, you will be received by our representative in Zanzibar. This evening, board a traditional dhow in time to watch the fiery golden sun setting beyond the horizon. Enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean as the dhow silently glides through the water, while savoring a glass of chilled wine. The dhow ride may be impacted by weather conditions. Passengers will be required to wade through 3 feet of water and climb a ladder to embark on the dhow cruise.
